How it works
1. Connect
Express your initial interest by submitting a message on my connect page here! You'll hear back from me within the week and we'll setup a call at a time that works for all parties.
2. Consult & Discovery
During an hour long phone consult, we'll review you, your business and your projects! I want to hear about the approach to your work, your specific projects, marketing needs and anything else you'd like to share!
3. Pre-Production
After discussing specific project needs, the client will book our session by completing a shoot intake form and signing our online contract. The intake form will help create a shot-list that will help determine the length of our shoot.
4. Booking
Once the shoot length is determined, you will receive a booking invoice. This retainer reserves your space and goes towards your final invoice amount. Once payment is received, your shoot is officially booked!
5. Shoot Day!
It's officially shoot day! We'll arrive, collaborate on scouting the site, discussing lighting, adjusting style details, review shot selection, any potential edits and capture your project.
6. Post-Production
Following your shoot, you'll receive your final invoice. The chosen images on-site will be edited and delivered via private gallery within two weeks, after payment is received. Review and download your curated images and get ready to share them with the world!
FAQ
How do we book a photo session with you?
If you're reading this, you're in the right place! Jump over to the connect page and send me a message about your desired shoot. We'll schedule a time to get to know more about each other and your approach; after we find a time that works best for all parties, your shoot will be booked once the contract is signed and retainer invoice has been paid.
How long does it take to get our photos?
My scheduled turn around time is 10 business days after our shoot. Invoice payment is also due within 10 business days, so you'll receive your gallery within 10 business days, after the final payment has been received.
Can I share the photos with another vendor?
Your marketing investment is just that, yours. Any third party or vendor involved in your project that would like to utilize images produced from our shoot should contact me for a usage license and invoice. Images are not to be given outside of our original contract and agreement.
